For Guests with Food Allergies

A low-allergen menu is available for those with food allergies, allowing them to enjoy meals with family and friends.
Low-allergen menu/10 items (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, soybeans, sesame, nuts, shrimp, and crab) are not used.

Terms and Conditions

Note that the menu is not entirely allergen-free. We cannot guarantee that the low-allergen menu will not cause allergic symptoms. Due to serving and preparation of the food, we ask that all accompanying guests and family members eat from the same low-allergen menu.

Reservation Period

Please apply to the reservation center at least 10 days prior to your desired date, due to the extra time required to prepare the ingredients.

Low-allergen meals will be served at the above times due to extra cooking and preparation considerations.
Due to limitations on kitchen space, the maximum number of low-allergen meals we will accept per day is 20 people. We may be unable to offer the service to everyone if there are a large number of orders.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation after 21:00 on the day before the date of your stay will incur a cancellation fee.

Special Cases and Periods

Please note that the low-allergen menu cannot be offered during the New Year period or during certain special events.

Notes

  • The low-allergen menu for infants is the same as the menu for adults. (The portion size is changed to be appropriate for infants.)
  • The ingredients used in the food and seasonings are confirmed from container labels, etc.
  • The food is prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes, and some of the cooking and cleaning equipment is shared, meaning there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination by allergenic substances during cooking. 
  • For both the low-allergen and the regular menu, we cannot respond to individual requests for dish changes.
  • In the case of a risk of serious symptoms, we reserve the right to decline your reservation for your own safety.
  • Please make a final decision concerning your reservation after confirmation of the above information.
