Reservation Method
Standard Period
Reservations are accepted from the first of each month, six months before your desired date.
You may make telephone reservations between 8:00 and 18:00. Internet reservations can be made 24 hours a day.
*On the first of each month, Internet reservations for 6 months ahead will only be accepted after 18:00.

Making a Reservation
Making Telephone Reservations
Check vacancies and make reservations via telephone
You may make telephone reservations between 8:00 and 18:00.
You will receive an authorization and receipt form
Once it arrives, please check to confirm there are no issues with the content.
Call to confirm details of your stay
You will receive a confirmation phone call when it is close to your reservation date.
Hand in the authorization and receipt form at reception
Please hand it over to the reception when checking in on the day of your reservation.

Day-Trip Room Rates
If you use a Japanese-style room (8-10 tatami mats) during a day trip, you can use the room at the Day Use rate. Reservations can be made one month before and up to one day before your desired date.

Use by Non-Setagaya Ward Resident/Worker/Student
Due to a partial revision of the Kenko Mura ordinance, from April 1, 2010, onward, non-Setagaya residents can also use the Kenko Mura facilities. Please note that the usage rates and reservation procedures are as follows, and differ from those for those who live, work, or study in Setagaya Ward.

Modify Booking & Cancellation Fees
- Any changes to your reservation can be made until the prior evening. If you contact us by e-mail, please get in touch with us up to 3 days prior.
- Cancellation fees will be charged as follows for changes made after 21:00 on the day before your reservation date.
- Between 21:00 the day before to 16:00 on the day of the reservation: 50% of dinner charges.
- After 16:00 on the same day: the full amount of dinner charges.
- Breakfast: Cancellations or changes after 21:00 the day before will be charged in full.
- Lunch: Cancellations or changes after 21:00 the day before will be charged in full.
